The Paddock Restaurant at The Paddock Hotel & Restaurant

The Restaurant is the pride of The The Paddock Hotel & Restaurant and will be aiming for 3 rosettes and the top fine dining restaurant in Derbyshire under the guidance of our Michelin trained Head Chef, Mr Timothy Slack. With creative interpretations on traditional dishes the Paddock Restaurant is the place to dine in style.

All dishes are created using locally sourced ingredients and the hotel believes it is important to support the local businesses around the Melbourne area.

In the evening the Paddock Restaurant Menu offers a magnificent selection of five starters, five main courses and five desserts. All of our desserts are homemade.

The service is attentive and knowledgeable and the dishes are enhanced with an excellent selection of fine wines from respected worldwide vineyards.

The Paddock Restaurant is able to cater for special occasions and private functions and Parties.

Please note there is a smart dress code in the Paddock Restaurant.  Strictly no jeans or trainers.

The warm and welcoming Paddock Bar is located in the oldest part of the building and the Bar specials board is available. The Head Chef prides himself on using fresh local produce and he and his brigade produce bar snacks to high consistent standards.
